Do you have existing conditions floor plans/drawings, assessment reports, or a maintenance history of the existing buildings? Also linked
Is there an existing site survey you are aware of? The data that is linked is what we have been able to get from Penn State.
What is driving your timeline? Given the request for “substantial but focused stakeholder engagement” is there the opportunity to propose a slightly longer timeline than the 4-6 months stated in the RFP? We really need to move very quickly as Penn State will need a formal plan from us before making their decision.
